Indole and its derivatives are a very important class of heterocyclic compounds. As a preferred structure, indole compounds are widely present in many biologically active natural products and drug molecules. Due to their important application value, the synthesis and application of indole compounds have always been a hot spot in organic chemistry research. Synthetic methods of indole compounds have been continuously developed. These new methods, compared with traditional indole synthesis methods, such as the "Fischer indole synthesis method", have the advantages of more efficient, milder, better tolerance of functional groups and can obtain highly functional indole compounds.
