Isochinolin (CAS NO 119-65-3)
Introduction:
Isochinolin is also called isoquinoline, also known as benzopyridine, colorless crystal, can be miscible with a variety of organic solvents, soluble in dilute acid; water-absorbing, alkaline stronger than quinoline; similar to fennel oil and anisole smell. Can volatilize with water vapor. After storage, the color is yellow. Isoquinoline is present in coal tar.
Application:
(1) spices. Mainly used to formulate vanilla flavor.
(2)Used in the production of pesticides, pharmaceuticals, rubber accelerators, color film sensitizers, dyes and other products.
